Delete your account

If you can sign in

The fastest way is from inside the app. Open Dukanoh, go to Settings → Delete Account, and follow the prompts. Deletion is instant once you confirm.

If you can't sign in

Use the form below if you have lost access to your device, can't install the app, or for any other reason can't delete the account yourself. We process requests within 7 days and will email you once it's done.

What gets deleted

We remove your name, profile photo, bio, phone, address, payment account, saved items, push tokens, and active listings (which are archived). Your username is permanently retired, so no one else can take it.

We keep an anonymised stub of your profile attached to records we are legally required to retain (orders, transactions, tax data, dispute history). Reviews you wrote or received, and conversations you took part in, remain visible to the other party labelled as “Deleted member”. We cannot remove these without distorting the record for that person.
