- Is Dukanoh free to download?
- Yes. Dukanoh is free to download and free to sign up. Members pay a small service fee at checkout. This funds Dukanoh Safe Checkout cover on every purchase.
- How do payments work?
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can buy pieces directly in the app using your card. Payments are always made through the platform.
- What is Dukanoh Safe Checkout?
- Every purchase on Dukanoh is covered by Dukanoh Safe Checkout. If your piece doesn't arrive or isn't as described, raise a dispute from your order page and our team will review it. Cover applies to purchases up to £1,000.
- How do I contact a seller?
- Tap the message button on any listing to start a conversation with the seller. All messaging happens inside the app.
- Can I sell on Dukanoh?
- Yes. To list pieces, you'll need to verify your identity through our seller onboarding process. Once verified, go to the Sell tab, add photos, a description, size, condition, and price. Your listing will be live straight away.
- What can I list on Dukanoh?
- Dukanoh is for South Asian fashion: kurtas, lehengas, sherwanis, sarees, partywear, casualwear, and more. Pieces must be accurately described and legitimately owned. See our Prohibited Items Policy for the full list of what cannot be listed.
- What if I have a problem with an order?
- Raise a dispute directly in the app from your order page within 48 hours of delivery. Our team reviews all disputes and will work to resolve it fairly. Dukanoh Safe Checkout is included on every purchase.
- How do I delete my account?
- The fastest way is from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. If you can’t sign in, request deletion from our public page at /account-deletion and we’ll process it within 7 days. Go to account deletion →
- How do I raise a formal complaint?
- Send your complaint via the form below with the "Order or account help" category. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 business days. If a complaint remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed mediator under our Terms. Read the full complaints procedure →
